Grapefruit and Blackberry Salad

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 2 pink grapefruits
- 100 g of blackberries
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 ponytail bag
-Mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey

Step 1

Put a saucepan on the fire with the milk and bring to a boil. At that time, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the ponytail packet. Let infuse until it cools. Mix with yogurt and set aside.

Step 2

Peel the grapefruits and take out the segments live, that is, removing the thin membrane that surrounds each citrus slice. Wash well and dry the blackberries carefully. Clean and finely chop the mint leaves.

Step 3

Put a saucepan on the fire with 1 dl of water and honey. Leave until dissolved. Bathe the grapefruit and blackberries with the syrup, add the mint and serve with the infusion of horsetail.
