INGREDIENTS (4 pers.):- 12 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Mint leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 0.6 dl of dry white wine
- Olive oil
Cut the stem base and the tip of the artichoke leaves. Peel the stem with a sharp knife and remove the harder outer leaves. Put in a bowl a liter of water and the juice of a lemon, and add the prepared artichokes.
Finely chop mint leaves, oregano, parsley, peppermint and peeled garlic. Mix the herbs with the garlic and smear the artichokes well, so that it is impregnated between the leaves.
Put a pot on the fire with olive oil, wine and artichokes. Salpimentar and cover the pot. Cook between 25-30 minutes. Serve with cooking juices, chopped herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.Related content Sea bass tartare with artichokes
