5 Delicious Yogurt Desserts!

VESSELS OF NATURAL YOGURT AND BLUEBERRIES

INGREDIENTS:- 800 ml of pasteurized milk
- 1 plain yogurt
- 150 g of fresh blueberries
- 70 g of sugar
- 50 g of milk powder

Pour the milk into a jar, Natural yogurt, sugar and powdered milk and stir until everything is well mixed and dissolved. Fill half the glasses of the yogurt maker.

Wash and drain well 100 g of blueberries, leave the rest to decorate the dessert. Place in the blender cup next to the liquid left in the jar from the previous step; Crush. Distribute in the rest of the jars of the yogurt maker.

Put the glasses without cover and start the machine following the manufacturer's instructions (enter

8 and 10 hours). After that time, cover the jars and bring to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. When serving, put in a bowl a layer of natural yogurt, another one of blueberries and repeat the action until it is filled. Decorate with a handful of fresh blueberries previously reserved. Delicious!

YOGUR AND MANGO GLASSES

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g mascarpone cheese
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1 handle
- 1 lemon
- 100 g of sugar
- Mint leaves
- Flax seeds

Put the mascarpone cheese in a bowl and the Greek yogurt. Mix well. Add the icing sugar and beat with the rods until a creamy mixture is left.

Peel and chop the mango. Put the mango chunks, the juice of half a lemon and the sugar in a blender glass, if necessary (depending on how sweet the mango is).

Distribute in glasses a layer of mango smoothie, another layer of the creamy mixture of Greek yogurt and mascarpone cheese, a second of mango, and finish with a little more cheese and yogurt. Let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. At the time of serving, decorate with some mint leaves and a slice of mango. If desired, sprinkle with seeds.

YOGUR WITH FRESH AND CHIA JAM

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 2 natural yogurts
- 100 g of strawberries
- 100 g hazelnuts.
For the jam:- 3 cups of strawberries
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chia

Wash the strawberries, remove the peduncle and chop. Reserve 100 g and put the rest in a saucepan on the fire. Add 4 tablespoons of honey and 2 of lemon juice. Cook over low heat until the strawberries are tender, for approximately 10-12 minutes.

Crush the mixture with the mixer until the desired texture is achieved, with more or less lumps. Add the chia seeds and mix. Pour the mixture into a jar, cover it and let it rest for 8-10 hours.

At the time of serving, distribute in each jar, in this order: a base of chopped strawberries and pine nuts; a layer of natural yogurt, another strawberry and chia jam, yogurt and finish with strawberries and hazelnuts.

STRAWBERRY YOGURG VESSELS

Ingredients for 4 people): - 1 l of milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 500 g of strawberries
- 1 natural yogurt without sugar

Preheat the oven to 50º C. Meanwhile, wash and remove the tail of strawberries. Crush and reserve. If you like to find small pieces, reserve a few and cut them into thin sheets.

Warm milk until warm and mix with yogurt, sugar and strawberry puree. Place the mixture in individual jars.

Turn off the oven and put the cups covered with a clean dry cloth overnight. In the morning, put in the refrigerator and let cool about 4 h. Ready to serve.

YOGUR, FRUIT AND GRANOLA PARFAIT

Ingredients for 4 people):
For yogurt:

- 1 liter of milk
- 1 plain yogurt
For the jam:

- 500 g of pillory
- 250 g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon juice
To decorate:

- 12 pillory
- 1 cup of granola

Preheat the oven to 50º C. Heat the milk until it is warm and incorporate the natural yogurt. Stir and put in an airtight container. Turn off the oven, put the yogurt, cover and leave overnight. The next day, strain to release the serum and cool.

Wash, bone and chop the pillory. Boil in a casserole with sugar and lemon juice for 1 h. Stir and chop the pillory; cool.

Serve in cups a third of yogurt, jam, yogurt again and crown with granola and some pillory.
